Beauty, at its finest

I enjoy this game so much! I got every skin that I could. I just have one question, is the level in the bottom left of the map supposed to be accessed? Every time I try to go on the ramp I get pushed off so I don't know if it's a new thing for the future or if there is a way to access it otherwise. Other than that question I genuinely adore this game!
